Angela Magnan is a business and equestrian mogul who understands the importance of second chances.

35 years ago spending her days working with and training dangerous horses up for auction in Alberta, Canada is where her real learning began. Her passion along with guidance and tips from elders who also worked with horses enabled her to calm them, gain their trust and allow them to be transferred to the care of a human while in a safe and trusting mindset.  Coaching the human through the transition and building relationships that flourish was a rewarding gift she was often called to do. One of her favourite parts of this job was ‘seeing the trust peek through when all others had given up’. This relates to the horse, and the human who many times grew from the time spent in sessions.

She continued her work in Oregon USA where she spent most of the time there training horses and learning about their psychological needs and how they interact with people. She learned how to read each individual horse and their body language and communication styles. She utilised these skills while leading private trips in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, continuing to live, learn and breathe with horses every day. "We must understand the beautiful gift they are, and we must understand ourselves to survive the treacherous and challenging tracks we travel physically, and emotionally all through our lives.

The horse reminds us to apply a steady, calm way of displaying clear communication, perseverance, determination and helps us in understanding of ourselves in our daily lives."

Her passion for helping others to become their best propelled her to start training companies in Canada and later in Australia. Delivering qualifications, executive coaching, motivational and corporate seminars in Australia, Canada and Japan, a consultant with the Department of Innovation, owning a top tier Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for 15 years, and being a lead auditor, she is no stranger to training and educating and coaching on many levels and to diverse groups. Although in demand in the corporate world, she had a deep passion for helping those who saw no hope of a future, and were sometimes misguided or who had a need for self improvement. She did numerous programs with groups that no others would work with, and had great successes which caused a larger demand for her services to these groups. By integrating the spirit of the horse in to the many development programs she has delivered, the outcomes have been incredible, and results have been  measured to and show remarkable statistics.

Utilising her experience in the business world, with students and also with horses, Angela has the intellectual resources to change the world for individuals by sharing the teaching role with the horses. She focuses on introducing the best programs and clinics to benefit the horse-person relationship and enabled over 3500 children and adults to experience the beauty and teaching that horses have to offer. Angela is now excited to offer boutique sessions in South East Queensland for children, schools (curriculum based)  and corporate business to show people how horses and people can break barriers in the brain like never before, creating new neuro-pathways, behaviours and breaking old patterns while learning incredible facts about themselves and how they operate in the world. Increasing personal awareness, creativity, strategic thinking, communication, resilience, compassion, and perseverance are just a few of the results achieved. Each individual has a chance to grow within themselves when given the chance. Programs are individually customised to suite each persons goals and desired outcomes.

Angela is proud to provide a place where the horse is respected for all they have to offer.

“I believe each horse has a purpose, a place and a time. Some are with us until their purpose is complete and move on to help others, while many horses share their time with many people to serve a purpose of support and learning."

"I believe each individual on the planet has a special gift and power within, and my goal is to help them discover the incredible individual they really are and that anything is possible"
